This study aims to determine how the implementation of the OJK Regulation No.11/POJK.03/2020, especially regarding the policy and financing restructuring processes of BNI Syariah at the Palangka Raya branch office during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study utilized a qualitative research approach, in which the data collection through direct observation, interview, and documentation. The study results revealed that POJK No.11/POJK.03/2020 has been employed as the basis for BNI Syariah Palangka Raya branch office in financing restructuring during COVID-19 by providing several provisions: all customers in the financing segment, business places are affected by covid-19, closure of transportation routes, experiencing decreased sales volume, experiencing raw material supply constraints, experiencing late payment due to nowhere, and influenced by the weakening of the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The processes to restructure financing at BNI Syariah Palangka Raya are as follows: (1) The customer sends a written application, (2) the officer performs the mapping, (3) the officer analyzes, (4) the officer selects, (5) the officer submits a restructuring proposal to the deciding official, (6) the officer makes adjustments to the financing contract document, (7) the customer confirms the approval of the contract document and the officer realizes it based on the customer’s approval confirmation.
